A NEW CHAPTER
IN THE SEQUOIA LOUNGE

Cigar Smoking Banned:

As of May 1, 2010 the State of Michigan banned smoking in public places. (Qualifications for a Cigar Bar Exemption to the Smoke-Free Air Law) As a result,
the Sequoia Lounge in the Redwood Lodge will be smoke free.  State law prohibits us from continuing to allow cigar smoking in the lounge.  Please click to preview Genesee County Health Department documentation prohibiting any continued smoking in the Sequoia Lounge.    

Though we can no longer provide cigar smoking as an option to our guests, we view this as an exciting opportunity to enhance our restaurant.  The Sequoia Lounge will continue to offer the same great food, drinks and entertainment while now offering the room for private functions and gatherings.  Please call 810.233.8000 for rental information.    

To commemorate this new chapter, the Sequoia Lounge will now offer Prime Time Specials Monday – Thursday from 4 p.m. – 6 p.m. (see below) along with select complimentary appetizers prepared by Chef Kyle Fitch.  Prime Time specials are also available Friday & Saturday from 9 p.m. – 11 p.m.
