with the food that has made Caterings by Chef Luis Fernandes famous. For any occasion with 15-100 guests, we will assemble your entire menu from beginning to end. For cooking, serving and cleaning up, we will be happy to refer you to wonderful staffing services that are familiar with our food. If you should decide to do it yourself, full instructions for cooking and serving are provided.
